Mee Eat Paleo ®

Aloha fam! I can't even remember the last time I had a bowl of cereal but for some reason I was craving it today! So I made this super quick and easy chocolate coconut collagen nut milk and added it to a bowl of apples and grain free granola! Perfect for life after Whole30! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Recipe: Collagen ChoCoco MeeNut Milk

1 scoop Primal Kitchen chocolate coconut primal fuel

1 scoop Vital Proteins unflavored collagen peptides

1 tbsp ChoCoco Nut Power MeeNut Butter

1 cup of water (you can also use coconut milk for a creamier milk)

Blend in a Vitamix or immersion blender until smooth

For the apple "cereal":

Core and chop 1-2 apples and sautee in coconut oil, ghee or avocado oil

Add a sprinkle of Primal Palate apple pie spice

Add grain free granola of choice (I used WholeMe Cinnamon Banana Chip clusters)

Pour in the MeeNut milk & sprinkle coconut flakes on top! Enjoy!
